Welcome¶

The goal of this book is to give you an introduction of some important tools and concepts in R when doing data science or statistics projects.

We will cover programming in R and the usage of different data science modules like the tidyverse and tidymodels for machine learning and data preprocessing as well as the ggplot2 for data exploration. You’ll use these tools in almost every data science project and this book will give you a short introduction into the most important methods.
